Sony Officially Announces ‘The Karate Kid (2010)’

Blu-news.com was the first to inform you of first details on The Karate Kid (2010) Blu-ray release, but Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has now officially announced the title.

There will be the already-mentioned Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack, but a single-disc Blu-ray release has been announced as well. Both will feature a 1080p AVC/MPEG-4 video presentation with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio options. Both releases are region free and both will release on October 5th.
